Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Justo platform ("Service"), operated by Justo LLC ("Justo", "we", "us", "our"), located at https://ai.justo.ua. By registering an account or using the Service, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Justo is a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS platform. These Terms apply to hotel businesses and their authorized representatives. Individual hotel guests interacting with the AI agent are not parties to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Justo provides hotels with:

An AI agent that automatically handles guest inquiries via Instagram Direct Messages

A web-based admin panel (https://ai.justo.ua/admin/ui/) for managing conversations, knowledge base, and agent settings

A website chat widget that can be embedded on the hotel's website

Human handoff functionality allowing managers to take over conversations from the AI

The Service integrates with the Meta Instagram Messaging API. Use of the Service is subject to Meta's Platform Terms in addition to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Access

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

You must notify us immediately at info@justo.com.ua if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Each hotel property requires a separate account and Instagram connection

You must be an authorized representative of the hotel to connect its Instagram Business account

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted use

Use the Service to automate and manage guest communication for your hotel

Connect your hotel's own Instagram Business account via OAuth

Configure the AI agent's knowledge base with accurate information about your hotel

Allow your staff to access the admin panel to manage conversations

4.2 Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or Meta's Platform Terms

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content to guests

Collect or store guest data beyond what is necessary for legitimate hospitality purposes

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform

Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission from Justo

Connect Instagram accounts you do not own or have authority to manage

Use the AI agent to make legally binding commitments on behalf of the hotel without human review

5. AI Agent — Important Limitations

The AI agent provides automated responses based on your knowledge base. It may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Hotel staff remain responsible for reviewing critical guest requests (booking confirmations, special conditions, complaints) and should not rely solely on AI responses for legally binding commitments.

Justo is not responsible for AI responses that contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or misunderstandings

You are responsible for ensuring the knowledge base content you provide is accurate and up to date

Final booking confirmations and pricing commitments must be verified by hotel staff

The AI agent communicates in the language of the guest — you are responsible for reviewing multi-language accuracy

6. Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize Justo to receive and send messages on behalf of your account using the Instagram Messaging API

You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and all applicable Meta policies

Justo acts as a technology provider (Tech Provider) under Meta's Platform Terms

You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the admin panel settings

Upon disconnection, Justo will delete your access tokens and unsubscribe from webhook events within 24 hours

7. Data and Privacy

Justo's processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available at https://ai.justo.ua/privacy-policy

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy

You are the data controller for guest data collected through your hotel's Instagram account. Justo acts as a data processor on your behalf

You are responsible for informing your guests that their messages are processed by an AI system

You must not instruct Justo to process guest data in a manner that violates applicable data protection laws

8. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is provided in the commercial offer or agreement for the hotel client.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period selected (monthly or annual)

Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable Ukrainian law

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email

Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account and disconnection of the Instagram integration

9. Intellectual Property

The Justo platform, its code, design, trademarks, and all proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Justo LLC

You retain ownership of your hotel's knowledge base content and guest conversation data

You grant Justo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service

Justo does not use your hotel's data or guest conversations to train AI models

10. Uptime and Service Availability

Justo targets 99% monthly uptime for the core messaging service. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email. Justo is not liable for downtime caused by Meta's API outages, which are outside our control.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice

Justo may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or violation of Meta's Platform Terms

Upon termination, your access to the admin panel will be disabled and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law

You may export your conversation history from the admin panel before termination

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Justo's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Justo in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Justo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data loss resulting from AI agent errors, Meta API outages, or unauthorized account access.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine. For matters involving Meta's Platform, Meta's own terms and dispute resolution mechanisms may also apply.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
